BunkerM Community Edition is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute it. The source code is available at github.com/bunkeriot/BunkerM.
BunkerAI Cloud is a paid add-on service that provides AI capabilities. Credits are pre-purchased and consumed by AI-powered features. Credits do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. The service may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice.
BunkerM is self-hosted. Your MQTT data, device telemetry, and sensor readings remain on your infrastructure and are not sent to BunkerAI Cloud. The AI cloud layer receives only the text messages you send and aggregated broker statistics you explicitly share. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You agree not to use BunkerM or BunkerAI to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, transmit malware, or interfere with other users or services. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
BunkerM and BunkerAI are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including data loss, device damage, or service interruption.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
